About Me

I am dedicated to my client's success in their careers, workplace, business, personal lives, and social communities. Since childhood, I have been fascinated with how humans act and interact, and have spent my entire career and education devoted to understanding, predicting, shaping, and influencing behaviour to help individuals and organizations succeed.

My professional background in business, marketing, coaching, teaching, and psychology (within various environments -- including corporate, consulting, agency, and academic settings -- within Canada and abroad) allows me the understanding and experience to support professionals, executives, entrepreneurs thrive and reach their goals.

I take a holistic, integrated approach, which is customized using various assessments, tools, approaches, and modalities to address the unique needs, objectives and concerns of my client.

I have doctor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology (PSP), a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School, and a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Actuarial Science and Psychology, from the University of Toronto. In my personal time, I practice TM (Transcendental Meditation) and volunteer as a handler for my therapy dog, Kismet.
