Services & Support

Psychotherapy & Executive Coaching

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Also known as "The Corporate Therapist," I go beyond coaching to support my clients -- who are generally professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs -- and help them thrive in their careers, business, personal lives, and social communities.

With a not only a background but also professional experience in corporate, coaching, and psychology, I am one of the few who straddle both the clinical world and the corporate world. This allows me to "walk the talk," and not just "talk the talk," with true empathy, conviction, and resonance with my clients.

I take a holistic and customized approach, which integrates various assessments, tools, approaches, and modalities to address the unique needs, objectives, and concerns of my clients.

Modalities, Approaches, and Other Tools, Include:

  • Adlerian Therapy (including Early Child Recollections)

  • CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy)

  • Executive Coaching (CTI)

  • Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy

  • Mindfulness

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Relational Therapy

  • plus more

  • Team building workshops to enhance leadership and cultural dynamics

Hello!

My name is Kismet

I am a Registered Therapy Dog. My breed is a Bichon-pooo (which means I am a cross breed of a Bichon Frise and a Miniature Poodle). Although my coat is curly, I am hypoallergenic. I have a very calm demeanour and am great around people of all ages. Depending on availability and location, you may request for me to join (or visit) you to provide you (or residents in your institution) with some TLC comfort, companionship .... and smiles.
